Implementation Executive position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Executive to support the implementation, testing, and deployment of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and developers to ensure successful implementation and smooth system adoption.

An IT background is not mandatory. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS implementations who have strong analytical skills and an interest in software testing are encouraged to apply.

#Key Responsibilities

* Perform manual testing of WMS features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

* Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.

* Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.

* Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.

* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

* Coordinate with developers, product teams, warehouse operations, and clients to understand business requirements.

* Support end-to-end WMS implementation and client onboarding.

* Configure WMS based on operational requirements.

* Prepare implementation documents, SOPs, user guides, and release notes.

* Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

* Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain project documentation and communicate project updates through email and meetings.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and user experience.

* Assist in requirement gathering and process mapping for new customer implementations.

* Experience in Manual Software Testing.

* Hands-on experience with Jira for bug tracking and task management.

* Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

E-commerce Executive

Typical Roles and Responsibilities1. Order Processing

• Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA timelines.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform stock reconciliation between the warehouse and marketplace portals.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.

3. Marketplace Operations

• Manage seller dashboards - example - Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Update inventory, pricing, and product availability.
• Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

4. Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking and packing.
• Ensure products are packed according to marketplace standards.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and courier handovers.

5. Returns Management

• Process customer returns and reverse logistics.
• Inspect returned products.
• Update inventory after return verification.
• Handle damaged or lost shipments.

6. Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs such as:

• Order processing time
• Dispatch SLA
• Order cancellation rate
• Return rate
• Inventory accuracy
• Fill rate

7. Documentation

• Generate invoices and e-way bills (where applicable).
• Maintain dispatch records.
• Prepare MIS reports on orders, inventory, and returns.
