Cybersecurity Product Demo Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a confident and energetic Cybersecurity Product Demo Specialist to showcase our cybersecurity SaaS platform to prospective customers. The ideal candidate has experience delivering software demonstrations in a SaaS environment and understands cybersecurity solutions, buyer challenges, and sales processes.

This is a customer-facing role focused on conducting engaging product demonstrations, handling prospect questions, and helping the sales team move opportunities forward.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Understand prospect requirements and tailor demonstrations to their use cases.
• Clearly communicate the business and technical value of the platform.
• Support the sales team throughout the evaluation process.
• Answer prospect questions related to product features and cybersecurity use cases.
• Maintain and improve demo environments and demo scripts.
• Collect feedback from prospects and share insights with product and sales teams.
• Assist with webinars, product showcases, and customer presentations.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry developments.
• Required Experience1–5 years of experience delivering demos for SaaS products.
• Experience working in cybersecurity sales, cybersecurity SaaS, or information security solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience interacting with decision-makers, IT teams, and security professionals.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity sales cycle.
