Job Description

Manage product dispatching and ensure timely delivery to clients and partners

Coordinate delivery management and follow up with logistics teams

Handle payment collection, follow-ups, and basic billing records

Maintain inventory management including stock entry, usage, and reorder levels

Supervise and coordinate staff management and daily task allocation

Perform basic administrative activities such as reporting, documentation, and coordination

Ensure smooth internal communication between sales, warehouse, and operations teams
