Job Description
🚗 Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
Open job cards and record customer complaints accurately
Explain service estimates, repairs, and timelines to customers
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repair
Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and costs
Provide regular updates on vehicle service status
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages
Maintain service records and customer information
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies and service processes
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing
- Computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in automobile service industry preferred
- Valid Driving License preferred.
