Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily team operations, drive performance, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and business objectives. The Team Lead will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.

- Assign tasks and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.

- Conduct team meetings and communicate organizational goals and updates.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Resolve team conflicts and address performance or operational issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Identify training and development needs within the team.

- Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and project status.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business or project management software.
