Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and telecalling.
• Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and collect required documents.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Stay updated on loan products, policies, and market trends.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
