Job Description
About the Role: We are a premium B2B agency looking for a confident, aggressive cold caller. You will speak directly with business owners, factory heads, and purchase managers in the manufacturing sector to book meetings. This is 100% professional B2B calling (No B2C product selling).
What You Will Do:
- Make outbound calls to targeted industrial businesses.
- Speak confidently and naturally in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Generate interest and book qualified virtual meetings.
- Strictly update daily lead tracking sheets and CRM after every call.
What We Need:
- 1 to 3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience.
- Confident communication (no robotic script reading).
- Must have a quiet home workspace, stable internet, and phone/laptop.
- Highly disciplined with daily reporting.
