Job Description – Billing Executive

Position: Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage invoices using Busy Accounting Software.

Ensure accurate billing, GST invoicing, and proper maintenance of financial records.

Handle data entry, billing documentation, and invoice reconciliation.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries.

Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines for all billing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

Experience in billing and invoicing processes is preferred.

Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
