Nexim Plast LLP imports and trades plastic raw materials such as PVC, PET, and PP.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at our office in Nagarathpet, Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and submitting financial reports, managing taxation processes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Prior Knowledge & Skills

The applicant must already know how to do the following (training will NOT be provided):

1. Tally Prime — purchase, sales, journal entries, bank reconciliation
2. Excel
3. GST — monthly GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input credit reconciliation
4. E-invoicing and e-way bill generation
5. TDS computation and filing (194C and others as applicable)
6. Vendor payments
7. Preparing Balance Sheets, monthly P&L Statement, and Cash Flow summary
8. Coordinating with CA, Auditor, and Bank

On-Site Training

Since Nexim Plast LLP is an import and trading company, the applicant will be taught how to do the following (training will be provided):

1. Import Documentation
2. Forex Remittances

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent (recommended)
• Discipline and punctuality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Timings

10:00 AM to 7:00PM from Monday to Saturday

If urgent, the applicant will be expected to make e-invoices and e-way bills on Tally Cloud from the comfort of their home between 8PM and 10PM. This, however, will be occasional (~once a week) rather than a daily requirement.

Salary

₹30,000-₹35,000/month depending on qualifications

Increment of upto 10% per year depending on performance

₹1,000 Bonus for punctual attendance & ₹1,000 Loss of Pay for regular late-coming
