About the Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Business Development within the rapidly growing Solar EPC industry. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in sales, customer engagement, solar solutions, and business development while working closely with experienced professionals.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities·       

Generate and qualify leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking.

·       Meet prospective residential and commercial customers.

·       Understand customer requirements and collect basic project information.

·       Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and quotations.

·       Present company profile and explain rooftop solar solutions.

·       Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

·       Update CRM, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.

·       Assist in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, awareness programs, and promotional activities.

·       Build relationships with builders, architects, electrical contractors, and channel partners.

·       Learn about government solar subsidy schemes and company products.

Required Qualifications·       

Preferable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or any graduate discipline.

·       Freshers are encouraged to apply.

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
