Admin Maanger for a Spinning Mill

Location: Tirupur,Kulathupalayam

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are hiring an Admin Officer to manage housekeeping and general administration activities at our spinning mill. The candidate should be capable of handling facility operations, supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness across the factory and office.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of restrooms, canteen, guest house, and common areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance service providers.
  • Monitor office supplies, cleaning materials, and pantry stock.
  • Handle vendor coordination, service requests, and bill verification.
  • Maintain office facilities and coordinate repair and maintenance work.
  • Support employee accommodation, transport, and other administrative activities.
  • Maintain administrative records and prepare basic reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Housekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing or textile company.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise support staff.
  • PF, ESI & statutory benefits

Work Location: Tirupur

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
