Role Summary

YES BANK Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the Financial Management team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIS reporting along with a strong background in Accounts & Finance operations. The role requires expertise in reconciliations, financial reporting, stakeholder coordination, and handling large financial datasets with accuracy and efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Prepare and manage monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliations accurately and within defined timelines.

2. Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review and financial analysis.

3. Coordinate with multiple Business Units (BUs) for data collection, reconciliations, and financial requirements.

4. Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries related to capitalization and sales recording.

5. Support internal and external audit activities by sharing required financial data and maintaining proper documentation.

6. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and contribute towards process improvement initiatives.

7. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

*Candidate Requirements*

1. Graduate in Commerce stream (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification).

2. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and core accounting functions.

3. Candidates must have experience working in the Accounts & Finance domain.

4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data handling, etc.).

6. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
