Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – BLDC & Solar Air Conditioners
Location: PAN India / Regional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our innovative BLDC Air Conditioners and Solar Air Conditioners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding dealer and distributor networks, generating leads, and promoting energy-efficient cooling solutions that help customers save up to 70% on electricity costs compared to conventional air conditioners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and institutional customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer awareness programs.
• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Promote the benefits of BLDC and Solar Air Conditioners, including energy savings, sustainability, and return on investment.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, dealer meets, roadshows, and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and successful closure of sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Solar Products, Electrical Products, Energy-Efficient Appliances, or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Proven experience in sales, channel development, and business expansion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
