Job Description

Manage complete front office operations and student inquiries.

Handle telecalling to prospective students and parents.

Provide counseling on all courses offered by the academy.

Maintain student database and CRM records.

Follow up with leads until admission conversion.

Coordinate admissions, documentation, and enrollment processes.

Achieve admission and course sales targets.

Support students and parents throughout the admission journey.
