Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive to handle client interactions, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, messages, and emails
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates
Requirements & Skills:
- Female candidate with prior experience in Customer Relationship Management or customer handling (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
