🏠 URGENT HIRING — Draftsman (Submission Drawing & Property Valuation)
📍 Location: 66-67, Gurjaypal Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab
💰 Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
🕐 Job Type: Full-Time
📌 Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

✅ Submission Drawings — Municipal Corporation
✅ Property Valuation — Residential / Commercial

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare house and building plans as per Municipal Corporation bylaws
• Submit and follow up on building plan approvals with the Municipal Corporation
• Prepare accurate property valuation reports for residential and commercial properties
• Verify drawings for compliance with local building regulations (FAR, setbacks, height)
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and Municipal Corporation officials
• Maintain records of submitted, approved, and rejected plans

🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of Municipal Corporation submission process
• Experience in preparing property valuation reports
• Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) norms is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Hindi / Punjabi / English
