Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits
- Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects
- 2. Sales Execution
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Present and explain products/services to clients
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- 3. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams
- 4. Market Intelligence
- Gather insights on competitors and market trends
- Share feedback from customers to improve offerings
- 5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth execution
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B or B2C Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work and travel within the city
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license
