Department: Administration
Location: R.S. Puram, Coimbatore
Qualification:
- Any UG/PG
Experience:
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Administration
Gender Preference:
- Male Only
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, DD collection, account-related documentation, and other banking tasks.
- Handle cheque preparation, collection, and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with courier services, vendors, and external agencies.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Purchase and maintain office stationery and supplies.
- Support office maintenance and coordinate with service providers.
- Assist in office errands and local travel as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Male candidate with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
- Familiar with bank procedures and cheque handling.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
