Position: Teacher Intern / Course Trainer

About the RoleSkillsHire is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Teacher Interns to deliver high-quality training and mentorship to students. Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching one of our six professional certification courses and helping learners develop practical, industry-relevant skills that enhance their employability and career growth.

Available Courses Candidates can apply to teach any one of the following courses:

• Travel & Tourism Executive
• HR Recruiter & Placement Officer
• Office Administration & Front Office Executive
• Digital Marketing & AI Professional Program
• Graphic Designing
• Leadership & Personal Development Coaching Program

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for the assigned course.
• Explain concepts clearly and provide practical, real-world examples.
• Create a positive and effective learning environment.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and project evaluations.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Address student queries and offer academic support when required.
• Maintain attendance records and training reports.
• Support students in developing job-ready skills and professional confidence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Final-Year Students.
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one of the listed courses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
• Previous teaching, training, coaching, or industry minimum 6 month experience will be an added advantage.
• Desired SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies related to the assigned course.
