Job Description
Athworth Wealth IMF is looking for motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Persons (ISP) to help individuals and businesses choose the right insurance solutions. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining policy benefits, and assisting clients with policy issuance and renewals.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Sell Motor, Health, Life, and General Insurance products.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and claim support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Stay updated with insurance products and industry regulations.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
