Factory Operations & Project Manager – Modular Furniture

Location: Factory-Based | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations & Project Manager to oversee factory operations for a modular furniture manufacturing unit (wardrobes, kitchens & bespoke furniture).

The role involves managing multiple ongoing projects, production timelines, procurement coordination, factory teams, and ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day factory operations and manage the factory team, including the Production Manager

* Track multiple ongoing projects, timelines, and production schedules

* Identify delays or risks in advance and proactively escalate issues

* Ensure procurement and material planning happens on time

* Coordinate between production, vendors, site teams, designers, and clients

* Monitor production progress and ensure delivery commitments are met

* Handle factory discipline, labour coordination, and operational issues when required

* Provide regular updates on project progress and expected timelines

Requirements:

* 5+ years experience in modular furniture, interiors, woodwork, fit-outs, manufacturing, or related industries

* Strong understanding of furniture/interior drawings and production processes

* Prior experience managing factory teams and handling labour

* Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong command of English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

* Good leadership presence and ability to maintain accountability within teams

* Proficiency in Excel/project tracking systems preferred

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in modular furniture/interior execution companies.
