Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with builders to identify new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Expand and manage the channel partner network to generate quality leads and increase sales.
- Possess strong knowledge of residential real estate projects, including project features, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements with developers and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare business reports, partnership updates, and performance reviews.
