We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items, providing excellent customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest jewellery collections, designs, and specifications to guide customers effectively.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
• Order Processing: Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing accurately.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Display Management: Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Market Trends: Keep track of industry trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewellery-making processes is a plus.
• Appearance: Professional and presentable at all times.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
