Job Description

Admin Executive


The Office Administrator is responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and maintain meeting schedules.
  • Support HR with employee attendance, onboarding, documentation and Recruitment.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and courier services when needed.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist management with miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
  • Problem-solving ability.
