Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience through inbound and outbound voice interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• QualificationsAny Graduate / Undergraduate.
