Job Description
- Job Title: Sales & Agency Manager
Note: This is a 100% Field Sales and Agency Recruitment role.
Main Pointers
- Recruit & Build: Source, onboard, and build a high-quality team of independent Insurance Advisors and Business Associates.
- Drive Field Sales: Hit the ground to achieve revenue targets for Fixed Deposits and Insurance (Life & General).
- Coach & Manage: Mentor your agent network daily to drive their productivity, motivation, and sales activation.
- Own the Market: Build local distribution networks and manage key partner relationships.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain a high focus on quality, policy governance, and advisor retention.
