**Field Sales Executive — Fenesta Windows and Doors**

**Location:** Madhubani Bihar 

**Experience:** 1–3 years in windows & doors (or building materials/construction sales)

**Job Type:** Full-time, Field Sales

**About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to grow our windows and doors business. The role involves identifying new construction projects, generating leads, preparing quotations through our computer-based company application, negotiating, and closing sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Scan the market for newly constructed and under-construction sites to identify potential customers

- Generate and fetch leads for windows and doors

- Prepare and share quotations with customers using the company's computer-based application

- Negotiate pricing and terms to convert leads into sales

- Coordinate with company persons and internal teams through email (all official communication happens over mail)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

**Requirements**

- Prior experience in sales of windows and doors (mandatory/preferred)

- Good computer knowledge — must be comfortable working on a computer-based application

- Ability to draft and manage professional emails, as all company communication is done via email

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

- Local market knowledge of Madhubani
