CCTV & Intercom Installer (Technical Engineer)
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Department: Technical / Maintenance
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are looking for a CCTV & Intercom Installer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, intercom systems, and other security equipment at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and intercom devices.
- Perform wiring, cabling, and equipment connections.
- Conduct site visits and assess installation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and intercom system issues.
- Test systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain service reports and installation records.
- Train customers on basic system usage and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety and quality standards during all installations.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to complete projects on time.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Fresher–2 years of experience in CCTV, intercom, or security system installation.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP cameras, and structured cabling.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience with brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Panasonic, etc.
- CCNA certification or networking knowledge.
- Valid driving license.
- Own bike or scooter preferred.
