Mechanical Engineer

1. We are looking for 3 – 5 years experienced mechanical engineer who can make design, manufacturing drawings as per the sample and as per customer requirements.
2. He should have full knowledge of SolidWorks.
3. He should check the material at different stages of manufacturing at our factory premises and at our vendor premises.
4. It is his responsibility that the material meets the requirements of the railways.
5. After trial of the sample. He should visit the customer's place to check that the sample is made as per the customer's requirement and the customer is satisfied with the sample.
6. He should have knowledge of the cost of working of items.
7. He should visit different government customers all over India for technical clarification and to know their requirements for customized items.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare design and manufacturing drawings based on customer requirements and sample specifications.
2. Utilize SolidWorks and other relevant CAD software to develop accurate and detailed product designs.
3. Conduct material inspection and quality checks at various stages of production—both at the company’s manufacturing facility and at vendor locations.
4. Ensure that all materials and finished products strictly comply with Indian Railways’ technical and quality standards.
5. Participate in customer site visits after trial production to verify product performance, confirm adherence to specifications, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Perform cost estimation and analysis for manufactured components and assemblies.
7. Visit government and institutional clients across India to provide technical support, gather project requirements, and facilitate the development of customized products.
