BrajProjects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of RCC Chimney construction projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate all project execution activities.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, material availability, and manpower deployment.
• Resolve site-related issues and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
• Visit project sites as required and maintain proper documentation.

Eligibility:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum Diploma required).
• 2–3 years of experience in civil construction projects. Experience in RCC chimneys, industrial structures, slipform construction, or high-rise concrete structures will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations in India.
