About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks. • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• EligibilityPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
