Job Title: Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales)

About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to sell SaaS-based business solutions to SMEs and enterprises. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


- Sell SaaS-based business solutions to prospective customers.

- Qualified sales leads will be provided by the company.

- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.


Requirements


- 1–3 years of proven experience in SaaS/B2B sales.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the city.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
