🔍 Job Details:
Position: Pre Sales Executive – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Sales
Industry: Real Estate
Work Type: Office Work & Coordination
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Incentive : 5000 to 50,000
Weekly Off: Monday
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead enquiry to site visit scheduling.
- Coordinate face-to-face (F2F) meetings between clients and the Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects, channel partners, and existing leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Schedule and confirm site visits with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up to maximise lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Prepare daily call reports, follow-up reports, and MIS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle customer queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Support the sales team in achieving business goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Languages required: Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Strong communication and closing skills
