Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounts, GST, TDS, banking, and accounting software such as Tally Prime.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• GST & Tax CompliancePrepare and file GST returns.
• Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and purchase records.
• Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely deductions.
• Assist in Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Banking & FinancePerform daily bank reconciliation.
• Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI payments.
• Maintain cash book and petty cash records.
• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
• Billing & DocumentationGenerate tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding payment-related queries.
• Inventory & Manufacturing AccountsVerify stock valuation and inventory records.
• Coordinate with stores and production departments.
• Prepare production cost reports and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods accounting.
• Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
• Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Generate management reports as required.
• Experience2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Preferred KnowledgeManufacturing accounting.
