• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telemarketing and marketing performance.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
