Job Description
English Telecaller – Study Abroad Consultancy
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller to assist students interested in studying abroad. Your responsibilities include contacting prospective students, explaining overseas education opportunities, qualifying leads, scheduling counselling sessions, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or education consultancy is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with outstanding English communication skills are welcome to apply.
