Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. In this role, you will interact with clients, explain stock market related products and services, and assist them with their investment-related queries Freshers are welcome, and comprehensive training will be provided to help you build a successful career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
1.Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
2.Explain stock market products and financial services to prospective and existing dients.
3.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
4.Resolve client queries in a courteous and timely manner.
5.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
6.Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during all customer
interactions.
