We help building material brands generate business opportunities through architect engagement, specification development, project tracking, and strategic sales execution.

Position SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, generate qualified business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and building material brands across Hyderabad and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professional presentation abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities for THE ONE's services and partner brands.
  • Meet architects, interior designers, PMCs, consultants, builders, and developers.
  • Conduct a minimum of 4 physical client meetings per day.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert prospects into paying clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify specification opportunities and project leads.
  • Revenue GenerationAchieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of Architect Immersion Programmes, Specification Programmes, and Strategic Sales Services.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure timely collections and follow-ups from clients.
  • Pipeline ManagementGenerate and maintain a minimum of 5–10 qualified opportunities per week.
  • Update CRM and sales trackers regularly.
  • Track movement of leads through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and conversion reports.
  • Marketing & Brand DevelopmentRepresent THE ONE at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Build visibility and awareness for THE ONE among industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Support content creation and market intelligence initiatives.
  • Reporting & ForecastingSubmit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
  • Present Weekly Pipeline and Revenue Projections.
  • Share monthly business development plans and market insights.
  • Maintain meeting records, MOMs, and opportunity trackers.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)DailyMinimum 4 physical meetings
  • CRM updates completed

  • Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Professional appearance and well-groomed personality.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and building material brands in Hyderabad is preferred.
