Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting and financial operations for our electronics retail showroom. The candidate should be comfortable working with billing software, GST compliance, inventory records, and vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries.
Generate invoices and manage billing records.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, and payment gateways.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Verify stock reports and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Prepare monthly profit & loss reports and financial summaries.
Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Experience with Tally, Vyapar, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
