Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for continuously training, coaching, monitoring, and

improving the performance of the IWLD sales team, including both existing sales executives and

new recruits. The main objective of this role is to improve lead conversion, call quality, product

knowledge, objection handling, follow-up discipline, CRM usage, and overall sales revenue.

This person should create a strong sales culture where every team member clearly understands

IWLD courses, student pain points, transformation stories, pricing, offers, and the correct way to

convert interested leads into paid students.

IWLD already has a structured team-training approach where trainers conduct onboarding,

department-specific skill training, roleplays, progress tracking, and performance coaching for

new and existing team members.
