Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly
  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Customer Service
  • Take calls and help the customers who call
  • Solve the queries
  • Support them and give solutions
  • Good Customer service required
  • Be polite and friendly


Additional Attraction


  • CTC 3 to 3 .5 LPA + 10 % of CTC as variable.
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and evening snacks will be provided at office.
  • 6 days working and 1 day will be weekly rotational off.
  • Shift will be rotational - 9 Hours working window
