Job Title: Event & Gifting Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and creative Event & Gifting Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote our event and gifting solutions.

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and acquire new clients for event and gifting services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, retail, and individual customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and timely gift delivery.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and seasonal sales activities.
• Manage social media promotions and digital marketing initiatives.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, event management, or the gifting industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
