Voice Process Executive | Freshers Welcome



Company: Udyoga Talent Solutions

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000/month with incentive and ESI, PF

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers Only

Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working


Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information and support.
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.
