Job Description

  • Client Consultation: Evaluate buyers' financial profiles, calculate EMIs, and recommend suitable home loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) options from empaneled banks or Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
  • Documentation & Processing: Collect KYC and financial documents, check CIBIL scores, and process loan files for sanctioning.
  • Lender Coordination: Liaise with bank officials and channel partners (DSAs) to ensure timely processing and loan disbursement.
  • Developer/Channel Liaison: Update the real estate firm's sales and CRM teams on the status of loan approvals and collections.
  • Strong local market knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in loan documentation.


Required Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in retail lending, mortgage banking, or real estate post-sales and finance.
