Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to handle client calls, understand requirements, pitch suitable farmland and luxury villa projects, schedule site visits, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate leads
Understand client needs and pitch the right projects
Explain project details, pricing & benefits
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Follow up and close sales
Maintain lead records and achieve targets
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales preferred
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and customer-focused
Willing to travel for site visits
