SEO Executive

About Us

Marqetrix Web Solutions is a web solutions company delivering results-driven digital services to our clients. We're looking for an SEO Executive with strong technical SEO expertise to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across our client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site architecture, page speed, mobile-friendliness)
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site performance in search rankings
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup)
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site health
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and technical strategy
• Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations during website builds and updates
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support link-building and off-page SEO efforts as needed
• Prepare regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Solid understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing, and rendering
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as they relate to SEO
• Experience with schema markup / structured data implementation
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization techniques
• Understanding of mobile-first indexing and responsive design impact on SEO
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills for client reporting and cross-team collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Familiarity with log file analysis
• Google Analytics / Google Ads certification
• Experience with international SEO (hreflang, multi-region sites)
