Job Description

  • 1. Placement ActivitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, healthcare, biotech, medical coding, and life sciences companies.
  • Coordinate campus drives, virtual interviews, and recruitment events.
  • Identify new placement opportunities for students.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to students.
  • Track placement statistics and maintain placement records.
  • Ensure maximum student participation in recruitment drives.
  • 2. Corporate RelationsConnect with HR professionals and hiring managers.
  • Build long-term partnerships with companies for hiring and internships.
  • Execute Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with industry partners where applicable.
  • Generate leads for recruitment collaborations.
  • 3. Student Career DevelopmentConduct orientation sessions on placement processes.
  • Guide students in resume building and LinkedIn profile optimization.
  • Organize mock interviews and group discussion sessions.
  • Conduct employability and soft skills workshops.
  • Monitor student progress and readiness for placements.
  • 4. Training CoordinationCoordinate with faculty members regarding training schedules.
  • Ensure students complete required assignments and assessments.
  • Track attendance and training completion status.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, guest lectures, and corporate sessions.
  • 5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain student databases and placement records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports.
  • Collect offer letters and joining confirmations.
  • Maintain employer feedback and student feedback records.
  • Update placement dashboards and MIS reports.
  • 6. Employer & Alumni EngagementMaintain regular communication with alumni.
  • Leverage alumni networks for placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate employer feedback sessions.
  • Build an active employer database.
