Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to promote our products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills with the ability to meet sales targets and execute marketing strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote products/services through digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage social media and online marketing initiatives (if applicable).
- Support branding and advertising efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office & sales and Marketing Skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
