Operations Field Officer – Security Services

We are looking for a trustworthy, high-energy, and experienced Operations Field Officer to manage our ground-level security operations, oversee guard deployments, and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.

​The ideal candidate will serve as the vital bridge between our management, our deployed guards, and our clients. You must have a strong local network to source and recruit reliable security personnel, alongside the communication skills necessary to handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally.

​Key Responsibilities

​Guard Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively source, recruit, and maintain a robust pipeline of reliable, verified security guards to minimize vacancy gaps.

​Field Supervision & Night Patrols: Conduct regular, unannounced site visits and night checks to ensure guards are alert, punctual, in proper uniform, and adhering to post orders.

​Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Regularly meet with clients to gather feedback, address complaints immediately, and ensure high service satisfaction.

​Deployment & Attendance Management: Efficiently manage daily roster scheduling, handle sudden absenteeism, and arrange swift replacements to ensure 100% manning at all sites.

​Training & Onboarding: Conduct on-site training for newly recruited guards regarding site-specific duties, emergency protocols, and basic discipline/etiquette.

​Incident Investigation: Promptly respond to on-site incidents, disputes, or security breaches, conduct preliminary investigations, and submit detailed reports to management.

​Required Qualifications & Skills

​Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as a Field Officer, Operations Supervisor, or Inspector within the private security industry. (Ex-servicemen or police background is a strong plus).

​Sourcing Capability: A strong, established local network of security personnel and proven capability to quickly source and deploy guards.

​Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with corporate clients, write incident reports, and firmly manage field staff.

​Integrity: Absolute honesty, strong work ethic, and a clean track record (background verification will be strictly conducted).

​Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone. Willingness to travel extensively across client locations and perform flexible/night shifts.

​Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, guard disputes, and sudden client escalations calmly and effectively.
