Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Back Office ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Back Office Executive to manage our lead pipeline and streamline our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for leads generated via IndiaMART, responsible for converting inquiries into sales while maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ManagementLead Conversion: Proactively call and follow up with leads received through IndiaMART.
Needs Assessment: Identify client requirements, explain our product offerings (e.g., electrical distribution boxes, solar components), and provide accurate information to potential customers.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer queries, negotiate pricing/terms, and drive the sales process toward closure.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups using our internal CRM or tracking system
